Double-fried for maximum crunch, tossed in sweet chilli or spicy gochujang sauce. A crowd favourite at Brisbane corporate events.
Loaded Cheesy Fries
Crispy fries topped with bulgogi beef or Korean spicy pork, melted cheese, pickled jalapeños, and house sauces. Perfect as a shared side option.
We can tailor the menu to suit your guest count and dietary requirements. Vegetarian options are available, and we can accommodate common dietary needs with advance notice.

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for corporate events, especially for popular dates like end-of-financial-year, Christmas, and school holidays. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.

Can Koma Sliders cater for large corporate events?
Yes. We regularly cater corporate events with 200–500+ attendees. Our efficient service model allows us to serve approximately 100 guests per hour, and for very large events we can coordinate extended service windows.
Do you offer regular corporate lunch programs?
We do. If you'd like a regular food truck visit to your Brisbane office — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly — we offer flexible recurring arrangements. It's a great way to give your team a regular boost.
What's included in a corporate catering package?
All packages include food truck setup and breakdown, all food preparation and service, biodegradable packaging, and our friendly team of chefs. We arrive 1–2 hours before service to set up, and handle all clean-up after service is complete.
