Food truck catering brings a relaxed, fun vibe that traditional sit-down catering simply can't match. Your guests mingle freely while enjoying freshly prepared Korean-American fusion sliders, fried chicken, and cheesy fries cooked right in front of them. Koma Sliders has been a favourite at Brisbane weddings since 2013, catering for intimate garden ceremonies and large-scale receptions alike across South East Queensland.
We comfortably cater weddings from 50 to 300+ guests. Our food truck setup is efficient and fast — we serve around 100 guests per hour, so even larger wedding parties
won't be left waiting. We'll work with you to create a custom menu that suits your guest count and budget.
Our wedding catering packages include the food truck setup, all food preparation and service, biodegradable packaging, and our friendly team of chefs. We arrive 1-2 hours before service to set up, and we handle all clean-up afterwards. You can choose from our signature sliders including Bulgogi Beef, Korean Spicy Pork, Honey Garlic Chicken, Crispy Fried Chicken, and our Mixed Veggie Croquette.
