We arrive at your venue 1-2 hours before service to set up. All we need is vehicle access to your location and a relatively flat surface. We’re fully self-contained with our own power, so you don’t need to provide any kitchen facilities. Guests order directly from the truck window, creating an interactive, street-food dining experience.
